Course Scheduling Requirements
Academic departments must schedule class meetings at standard times (refer to the
New Standard Meeting Times web page). This applies to classes in general-purpose classrooms and other departmentally
controlled spaces. Departments are required to meet course hour distribution requirements
to ensure course offerings are balanced throughout the week. For specific requirements,
refer to the Meeting Time Distribution Reports web page .
