Dean's Mentoring Program

绿帽社 the program

The Dean鈥檚 Mentoring Program (DMP) at 绿帽社鈥檚 School of Management is a highly selective, semester-long leadership program that equips top first-year students with the skills, network, and guidance necessary to succeed in their professional careers.

Rooted in mentorship and weekly workshops, the DMP connects underclassmen with accomplished upperclassmen, while also leveraging the experiences, knowledge and support of peers, professionals, alumni and administrators to create a community of shared success.

Each year, approximately 25 high-potential students are accepted as mentees and paired one-on-one with a dedicated mentor.

Mentors meet weekly with their mentee, offering individualized support, career guidance, and practical feedback on resumes and mock interviews. They also facilitate introductions to peers and alumni, ensuring mentees have access to diverse perspectives and opportunities.
